Edward Palmer and his family moved to live in Hillcroft in Carlton.
Edward married Eliza Ann Martin
In 1903 he was a Drayman, and was living at Monument Street, Peterborough.
He had several children:
- Victor W.E. Palmer (born 1888)
- James Palmer (born 1893)
- Olive Iris Palmer (born 16th April 1895 in Peterborough, died September 1972)
- Clarence Harry Palmer (born 1899)
- Lilian May Millicent Palmer (born 7th June 1903, Peterborough)
