The Cambridgeshire Archives Office is an amazing place to visit as they have many original records about the parish of Carlton-cum-Willingham Green.
Note that while the reading room does stay open during lunchtime, and there are many books on the shelves to read, they do not fetch records from the archives during lunch, so get there at least an hour earlier than lunch so you can be sure to have something to look at!
